R.W. The dealer is close to me, and I like this dealer. The Exmark dealer isn't too much further, and I have no issue with them ether. Should I save the $2000 for what appears to be the same quality mower or stick with Exmark.

If I go up to the Lazer Z E series mower it goes on up to $10,000. I was at my Exmark dealer today, who started selling Bad Boy mowers maybe 1 year ago. They told me they have sold 17-19 Exmarks this year and around 55 Bad Boys. That to is a huge thing for me the owner of the Scag dealer 2 minutes down the road is my neighbor 2 doors down and the closest Exmark dealer is 20-25 minutes away. I have a much closer dealer to me for hand helds and service but they carry Scag, Great Dane and Snapper Pro.

I think that I will be getting Scag in the future alothough I like Exmark better, but they need a better dealer network. Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit, wisdom is not using it in a fruit salad. The dealer a block away has exmark and I would consider him a friend in business. What I tell my customers is to do their homework. I will give them as much info as possible about my products and encourage them to do the same with other dealers and make a educated decission on what meets their needs best.
