Supercharged Montville Ct - Top Viral
My observations are, cars that are used well, supercharged often, supercharged frequently to 100%,, have healthier and longer lasting batteries than the ones that are babied, rarely if ever charged to 100, and never supercharged. It's been over a year since I've supercharged because I simply didn't need to and home charging was sufficient, plus covid and all. Recently I supercharged because I needed to.

The charging worked fine and I saw the amount show up in the UI in the car. However when looking at the history on... While wall chargers worked fine, the Supercharger plug was just slightly too big to be inserted fully so the cars couldn't be Supercharged. We tested our S70D out before a road trip and confirmed we had the issue.

For those who were affected, Tesla was initially swapping out the charge ports and replacing them. Took a trip to California this weekend and the 3rd time we supercharged, it locked us out after it finished. My account online doesn’t show an unpaid balance, my card was charged for all 3 supercharges, and I have 2 credit cards on file. Anyone know how to fix this? I can’t get a Tesla service...
